PH電極為何要浸泡,如何正確浸泡PH復合電極?

PH電(dian)(dian)極(ji)使(shi)用前(qian)必須(xu)浸泡,因為PH球泡是一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)特殊的玻(bo)璃(li)膜(mo),在玻(bo)璃(li)膜(mo)表面有一(yi)(yi)很薄(bo)的水合凝(ning)膠層,它(ta)只有在充分濕潤的條(tiao)件下才能與溶液(ye)(ye)(ye)中的氫離子有良好的響應(ying)。同(tong)時(shi)(shi),玻(bo)璃(li)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)經過浸泡可(ke)以使(shi)不(bu)(bu)對稱電(dian)(dian)勢大大下降并趨向穩定(ding)。PH玻(bo)璃(li)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)一(yi)(yi)般(ban)可(ke)以用蒸餾(liu)水或(huo)PH4緩沖(chong)液(ye)(ye)(ye)浸泡。通常(chang)使(shi)用PH4緩沖(chong)液(ye)(ye)(ye)更好一(yi)(yi)些,浸泡時(shi)(shi)間(jian)8小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)至24小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)或(huo)更長,根據(ju)球泡玻(bo)璃(li)膜(mo)厚(hou)度、電(dian)(dian)極(ji)老化程度而不(bu)(bu)同(tong)。同(tong)時(shi)(shi),參比電(dian)(dian)極(ji)的液(ye)(ye)(ye)接面也需要浸泡。因為如果(guo)液(ye)(ye)(ye)接面干涸(he)會使(shi)液(ye)(ye)(ye)接界電(dian)(dian)勢增大或(huo)不(bu)(bu)穩定(ding),參比電(dian)(dian)極(ji)的浸泡液(ye)(ye)(ye)必須(xu)和參比電(dian)(dian)極(ji)的外參比液(ye)(ye)(ye)一(yi)(yi)致,即(ji)3.3mol/L KCL溶液(ye)(ye)(ye)或(huo)飽和KCL溶液(ye)(ye)(ye),浸泡時(shi)(shi)間(jian)一(yi)(yi)般(ban)幾小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)即(ji)可(ke)。 
因(yin)此(ci),對PH復(fu)(fu)合電(dian)極(ji)(ji)而(er)(er)言,就(jiu)必須浸(jin)泡(pao)(pao)在含KCL的(de)PH4緩(huan)沖液中,這(zhe)樣才能(neng)對玻(bo)璃球泡(pao)(pao)和液接(jie)界同時(shi)(shi)起作用(yong)。這(zhe)里要特(te)別提醒(xing)注意,因(yin)為過去人(ren)們使(shi)(shi)用(yong)單支(zhi)的(de)PH玻(bo)璃電(dian)極(ji)(ji)已習慣用(yong)去離子水或PH4緩(huan)沖液浸(jin)泡(pao)(pao),后來使(shi)(shi)用(yong)PH復(fu)(fu)合電(dian)極(ji)(ji)時(shi)(shi)依然采用(yong)這(zhe)樣的(de)浸(jin)泡(pao)(pao)方法。這(zhe)種錯(cuo)誤的(de)浸(jin)泡(pao)(pao)方法引起的(de)直接(jie)后果就(jiu)是(shi)使(shi)(shi)一(yi)支(zhi)性(xing)能(neng)良好(hao)的(de)PH復(fu)(fu)合電(dian)極(ji)(ji)變成(cheng)一(yi)支(zhi)響(xiang)應慢、精度差的(de)電(dian)極(ji)(ji),而(er)(er)且浸(jin)泡(pao)(pao)時(shi)(shi)間越長性(xing)能(neng)越差,因(yin)為經(jing)過長時(shi)(shi)間的(de)浸(jin)泡(pao)(pao),液接(jie)界內部(例如砂芯內部)的(de)KCL濃度已大(da)大(da)降低了,使(shi)(shi)液接(jie)界電(dian)勢增大(da)和不穩定。當然,只要在正確的(de)浸(jin)泡(pao)(pao)溶液中重新浸(jin)泡(pao)(pao)數小時(shi)(shi),電(dian)極(ji)(ji)還是(shi)會(hui)復(fu)(fu)原的(de)。
另(ling)外,PH電(dian)(dian)極(ji)也(ye)不(bu)能浸(jin)(jin)(jin)泡(pao)在中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)或(huo)堿性(xing)的(de)(de)緩(huan)沖溶(rong)液(ye)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),長期浸(jin)(jin)(jin)泡(pao)在此類溶(rong)液(ye)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)會使(shi)PH玻璃膜響(xiang)應遲鈍。正確的(de)(de)PH電(dian)(dian)極(ji)浸(jin)(jin)(jin)泡(pao)液(ye)的(de)(de)配制:取PH4.00緩(huan)沖劑(250ml)一(yi)(yi)包,溶(rong)于250ml純水(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),再(zai)加(jia)入56g分析純KCL,適(shi)當加(jia)熱,攪拌至*溶(rong)解即成。為了(le)使(shi)PH復(fu)合電(dian)(dian)極(ji)使(shi)用更加(jia)方(fang)便,一(yi)(yi)些進口的(de)(de)PH復(fu)合電(dian)(dian)極(ji)和部分國產電(dian)(dian)極(ji),都在PH復(fu)合電(dian)(dian)極(ji)頭部裝有一(yi)(yi)個密封(feng)的(de)(de)塑料(liao)小瓶(ping),內裝電(dian)(dian)極(ji)浸(jin)(jin)(jin)泡(pao)液(ye),電(dian)(dian)極(ji)頭長期浸(jin)(jin)(jin)泡(pao)其中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),使(shi)用時拔出洗凈就(jiu)可以,非常(chang)方(fang)便。這種(zhong)保存方(fang)法不(bu)僅(jin)方(fang)便而(er)且對(dui)延長電(dian)(dian)極(ji)壽命(ming)也(ye)是(shi)非常(chang)有用的(de)(de),只(zhi)是(shi)注意(yi)塑料(liao)小瓶(ping)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)浸(jin)(jin)(jin)泡(pao)液(ye)不(bu)要受污染,要注意(yi)更換。
